Summers and your AC. Many people never think about their AC until it is not working. Having your AC serviced twice per year does 2 things. 1. It makes sure that prior to the summer it is going to cool the air that you need in your house. 2. It allows you to know that you are going to have heat during the cold winter months.

At Lesser Associates we recommend that you have your AC serviced in Oct for the winter months and in May for the summer months. Some people (such as Lawrence “Larry” Lesser: Designated Broker of Lesser Associates LLC) have an Evap Cooler. These coolers put moisture into the air as it is circulating. The Evap works in such a way that for most of the year you could use it. It does use a large amount of water, but depending on how you collect the water you could be recycling the water. Since you have already paid for the water once, why should you pay for it to just simply go down the drain? Use the water to water your plants, store it in barrels for dry summer months, or place it in a water feature at your house.

By having your AC & Evap checked during the year you can save on energy, protect the environment, and protect your comfort throughout the year.
