I wanted to thank you all at Lesser Associates for what you did for my and my property. I thought I was going with a great company because of their rate. They were charging more than you. Boy was I wrong. They didn’t do anything for their $80 a month that they were charging. I thought that going with a company that was charging me more would me I would have gotten more. It didn’t. They took my money every month and then never got me a tenant. I know the market is bad, but after a year of $80 a month I couldn’t take it anymore. I called Lesser Associates (which I had called over a year ago), they remembered my property and I told them my story. The agent told me that it happens all the time. Lesser Associates now has my property under management and I feel much better about everything. I know I have a company that it looking out for my property and my investment. I wanted to thank Lesser Associates LLC for all that you have done for my property. I was with another company and thou I thought I was being treated correctly and fairly I quickly found out that this was not the case. I never knew that I didn’t have to pay for my property to be listed in the Multiple Listing Service. When I contacted Larry at Lesser Associates LLC, I was informed of what a real Residential Property Manager does. His company never charged for listing my property in the computer system, they were available 24 hours a day and their fees are competitive. I have never been happier. As a property manager Larry and his company are top notch. If you are looking for someone to watch your investment you should stop now. I get more for less. I guess that it why their slogan is Lesser Means More.
