REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Lesser Associates is always looking for new agents. If you have an active real estate license issued by the Arizona Department of Real Estate and currently are in good standings with the department please feel free to contact us.

How much does it cost me to work for Lesser Associates? Monthly license fee is $25. You get to keep 100% of what you make minus a small percentage to cover E&O insurance and a paperwork fee of $50 per contract.

We believe that everyone should be treated the same when it comes to insurance. Every year we reapply for our errors and omissions insurance. The percentage that is paid from your transactions is based on the anount of the transaction. For example if you get a commission of $3000 you will pay a fee of 4% or $120

What happens if I bring more agents to your company? Can I get a percentage of what they make? It is a negotiable point in our contracts.

How long do I have to stay with Lesser Associates? Just like any company the longer you stay the more you get to learn. We hope that you decide to stay for years. If you stay long enough you might even one day open your own satelite office. It is really up to you. We just ask that you not be a "jumper". An agent that jumps from one company to another.

I am not the type of agent that wants to work in an "office" setting. Can I have my own office at my house? Yes. Our concept is to allow each agent to work on their own. If you ever need support you have a Broker who is there for you. As the real estate market changes so do the times of the agents sitting in an office wearing a jacket. We live in a time where anywhere can be an office. From the coffee shop on the street corner to the bowling ally. Technology is key. You are required to turn in any documents that you obtain for the office be 10pm that day. Scanning and email, fax and send, or dropping off. The choice is yours. Remember that if you don't turn your documents in you might be putting your clients and your agent status in harms way. Only you as an agent can make sure that you turn in your documents in a timely manner.

I want to do sales and property management, but my current company says NO. What do you allow? If you want to do sales, property management, leasing or a combination of all three you can. We don't feel that you must pick one.

If this sounds like something that you are interested in please feel free to contact us.

You want to get started as quickly as you can.

You can either call us at 480-991-5830 or email us.

QUESTIONS THAT WE HAVE GOTTEN FROM OUR FELLOW AGENTS.

CAN I SEND YOU MY CLIENTS? Of course. We are always open to working with our fellow agents. We know how hard it is to manage properties when you are out showing properties that are for sale. Sometimes you can do it, but you don’t want to get in over your head. As your Broker if they allow their agents to do property management and leasing. If they don’t we can help. If they do, but you as an agent don’t have time to handle property management and your other listings we can help as well.

DO I GET TO KEEP MY CLIENTS WHEN I BRING THEM TO YOU? Yes and no. The Landlord is the owner of the property and has a choice they can either stay with you when they decided to sell their home or they can choose us. We leave it up to the owner of the property. It is their property of course.

DO YOU PAY A REFERRAL FEE? Depending on the property we have in the past paid a referral fee. Each referral is paid on a case by case basis and always paid to your broker.

WHAT KIND OF PROPERTIES ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? We are always looking for more properties to manage. If you have a client that has 1 house or 20 homes we can help them. Likewise we take properties that range in value. From a 1 bedroom condo that may go for $900 a month to a house that can be worth $1 million or more, there is always a market for rentals. No matter the price range.
