Chuck Lesser founded Lesser Associates in 1985 after many years of working with different Real Estate Brokerages including, but not limited to, Realty Executives. Chuck was personally involved with every transaction in the office.

Chuck was instrumental in drafting what would become the standard Arizona Association of Realtors’ residential lease agreement.

Over the years, Chuck was an active member of many community organizations such as the Kiwanis Club and the former McCormick Ranch Men’s Association. Chuck was also the founding president of A’havat Torah Congregation in North Scottsdale and a volunteer chef at the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.

Chuck’s background in customer service dates back to his days in New York working in the Kosher catering business serving 5 different synagogues in the Long Island, NY area.

Chuck always wanted his associates to be available 24 hours a day to assist clients, customers, tenants and anyone else who may need a Real Estate question answered or just a friendly word. All associates are members of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors® and its state and national governing associations.
